1. SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD

We are delighted to offer Free Standard Shipping globally on all orders over $199 USD.

For orders below $199 USD, a standard shipping fee will be applied and calculated dynamically at checkout based on your specific destination infrastructure. 

Please Note: Due to significantly higher international logistical and clearance costs to certain remote regions, free standard shipping may not be available for all destinations. The final exact shipping fee will be calculated transparently at checkout.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY FRAMEWORK

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days. All orders are verified, quality-checked, and packed safely before leaving our global fulfillment centers.
• Shipping Time: 10–20 business days. Delivery duration varies depending on your destination country's local postal system and customs regulations.

 

3. ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Delivery Adaptability (Delays): During seasonal peak periods, major holidays, or high-demand new collection launches, logistical transit times globally may experience slight adjustments. While JASE HEART GLOBAL works tirelessly with our courier networks to ensure prompt delivery, please understand that unexpected local customs clearances or transit extensions are outside our direct control. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to updating you every step of the way.
• Pre-order Collections: To secure our highly anticipated and exclusive designs, select items may be available for pre-order. Generally, pre-order pieces feature specialized craftsmanship and will be dispatched within approximately 30 days from the order placement. Each specific pre-order item will display its dedicated estimated shipping timeline directly within the product description for your convenience.

4. GLOBAL SHIPMENT TRACKING

Comprehensive door-to-door tracking is available and included for all orders worldwide. Once your package is dispatched, an automated tracking number and monitoring link will be sent directly to your registered email address. 

5. CUSTOMS, IMPORTS, AND DUTIES

Please note that customs duties, import tariffs, or local clearance taxes may apply depending on your destination country’s import regulations. These government-imposed charges are completely beyond the control of JASE HEART GLOBAL and must be covered entirely by the customer. 

Important Compliance Note: Refusing to pay import duties or refusing to receive the package may result in the parcel being destroyed or confiscated by local customs authorities. In such unfortunate cases, JASE HEART GLOBAL will not be held liable, and no refunds will be issued.
